    It's critical to make sure everyone you work with advocates for 0:56
    accessible solutions, 1:00
    to make sure the needs of users with varying capabilities are considered 1:02
    during the research and design phases. 1:08
    Involving disabled users in user testing is equally critical. 1:11
    Doing so will likely require additional time and resources, such as conducting 1:16
    tests using an assistive device or with a sign language interpreter present. 1:22
    But the rewards outweigh the cost. 1:29
    Not only will you learn how to make your product accessible, but 1:31
    the lessons learned from removing barriers will make your entire team 1:35
