    it's formatted in rows instead of columns. 0:00
    Headers down the farthest left column instead of across the top row. 0:01
    You can see we have already labeled row 8 as population, 0:05
    so in cell B8 let's type = HLOOKUP open parentheses 0:10
    then the look up value will be the county. 0:15
    Then select the three rows on the population in units tab for the range, 0:21
    And then input 3 for it to return the third row population. 0:29
