    We'll start in a new Claude Cowork conversation, and if you click the plus 0:00
    icon, you can see the tab for our skills, and it shows us the skills we have 0:04
    installed, plus a link to Manage Skills, as well as a link to Browse Skills to find more. 0:07
    If we go inside Manage Skills, we can see some of our currently installed skills, 0:12
    and at the top right, we have a link to add a new skill. 0:17
    There are several ways to do this. 0:19
    You can create a skill with Claude. 0:21
    You can write the skill instructions yourself. 0:23
    You can upload a skill file. 0:26
    Or you can record your screen and allow Claude to create a skill based on what 0:28
