Go to the Web Design track and/or the Front End Web Development track. Both of these will have some HTML lessons in them and teach you how to build a website.

brother , there are most Options , like htmil tables , html forms , html , waht i can Choose i'm Novice :(

I suggest you for the beggining to go to Tracks and do all the HTML tasks, and after that follow the CSS tracks. :) You must begin with HTML track, and after that HTML Forms, HTML Tables, etc.
