array.map()?

wouldn't be easier by using this:

document.querySelector('main').innerHTML = `<ol> ${playlist.map( item => `<li>${item[0]}, ${item[1]} - ${item[2]}`)}</ol>`;

?

That would work fine in this instance, but it eliminates the createListItems function which could potentially used for other arrays.

But you could also just refactor that function using the .map method to benefit from its efficiency and still preserve all the original functionality.
