Ruby Ruby Loops Build a Simple Contact List Assigning Hash Values From Methods

Assign from hash to the contact_list array, correct? Make method get_name and have it do it, correct?

contact_list = []

def get_name
  contact = {"name" => "Loi", "phone_number" => "" }
  name = contact["name"]
  return name
end
hm = get_name
contact_list << hm

p contact_list

I think so. What seems to be the problem?

Thanks for taking the time to answer though Andrew Loi
