Java Java Basics Getting Started with Java IO

Getting started with Java.

I really don't know what this challenge is wanting. Am I the only one that finds the prompts for these challenges somewhat vague?

IO.java
// I have imported java.io.Console for you. It is a variable called console.
String fristName = console.readLine("What is your name?  ");

What was the original question they asked of you?

This was the original question.
"Add a variable to store a user’s first name using console.readLine. Make sure the variable is the camel cased representation of "first name"."

If the import statement is implying you dont need to add in the line

Console console = System.console();

Then you may just need to correct the spelling on firstName.

Thanks, a typo gets me again. I finally got the task done.

Looks like a simple typo:

// fix typo: fristName ==> firstName
String firstName = console.readLine("What is your name?  ");
