Python Python Basics Functions and Looping Raise an Exception

HI guys! not sure why this isn't working

suggestinator.py
def suggest(product_idea):
    return product_idea + "inator"
    if product_idea <= 3: 
        raise ValueError("OUPS must be at least 3 charectors!  ")
except ValueError as err: 
    Print("OUPS must be at least 3 charectors")

You don't need a "try" or "except" or any additional messages for this challenge, only the test and "raise".

And they need to be done before the return (no code after a return will ever be executed).
