iOS Swift Collections and Control Flow Control Flow With Loops Working With Loops

I dont know what its asking.

making sure all values are being retrieved

let numbers = [2,8,1,16,4,3,9]
var sum = 0
var counter = 0

while counter < numbers.count {
      counter += 1

      sum += numbers[0]
}

while counter < numbers.count {
    sum += (numbers[counter])
    print(numbers[counter])
    counter += 1

}

You have to put counter as your index, where you have [0]. numbers[0] is not changing. numbers[counter] is changing with the loop
