i followed the directions yet i'm being told "don't forget your style tags. please advise.

what style tag is being asked?

That all looks good to me. But my challenge wants me to set the h1 color to green.

You didn't remove the < body > tags right?

Your code is passing tasks 1 and 2 for me, but failing task 3, for which the reason is clearly stated. Just make sure to read the instructions thoroughly, and you should have no problems for this challenge in particular.
