JavaScript JavaScript and the DOM (Retiring) Making Changes to the DOM DOM Manipulation

I'm stuck on task 3 of 3. Help is appreciated.

I believe I've appended the new paragraph to the div but it's clearly not working.

app.js
const contentDiv = document.getElementById("content");
let newParagraph = document.createElement("p");
newParagraph.className = "panel";
div.appendChild(p);
index.html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>
    <head>
        <title>DOM Manipulation</title>
    </head>
    <link rel="stylesheet" href="style.css" />
    <body>
        <div id="content">

        </div>
        <script src="app.js"></script>
    </body>
</html>

You're on the right track and your syntax is correct.... except that you're not targeting the div.

contentDiv.appendChild(newParagraph);

Thank you so much!! I'm still getting my footing on some of the targeting specific stuff. This is really helpful.
