Linking JavaScript inside <a>

Hi all. A quick question. Can I make a program written in JavaScript run when pressing a link on the index.html page? without loading a new page?

I think you might be talking about a Single Page Application, in this case yes, either way.

Depends what is your end goal with it.

Then that's a SPA,
