Not giving credit for a <header> tag

Seems to not take the header tag when I check my work.

index.html
<!DOCTYPE html>
  <html>
    <head>
      <meta charset="utf-8">
      <title><title>
    </head>
        <body>
          <header></header>
          <section></section>
          <footer></footer>
        </body>
  </html>

You didn't close title correctly. It should be <title></title>
