Not to sure what's missing in this statement.

Don't know if I am missing some sort of punctuation or something else.

You forgot to close the <p> tag. The code should look like this:

 <p class="main-pg">My amazing website</p>

Didn’t effect the statement nor the response.

Put a space between and you misspelled solid:

.main-pg {
border: solid red 4px; 
}
