Java Java Objects Creating the MVP Scrabble Tiles

What is wrong in this code?

I have used the boolean variable isPresent to check whether the tile is in the Tiles.

ScrabblePlayer.java
public class ScrabblePlayer {
  // A String representing all of the tiles that this player has
  private String tiles;

  public ScrabblePlayer() {
    tiles = "";
  }

  public String getTiles() {
    return tiles;
  }

  public void addTile(char tile) {
    // TODO: Add the tile to tiles
    tiles += tile;
  }

  public boolean hasTile(char tile) {
    // TODO: Determine if user has the tile passed in
    return false;
    boolean isPresent = tiles.indexOf(tile)!= -1;
    if(isPresent) return true;
    else return false;
  }

}

Well first of all you shouldn't return false at the beginning of your method, because doing that your other code would never execute, and second, they don't want you to use if staments because they are redundant in this case, so the method is quite simple:

  public boolean hasTile(char tile) {
    // TODO: Determine if user has the tile passed in

    return tiles.indexOf(tile)!= -1;

  }

}

Thanks Daniel it worked
